2. The president's aides attempted to immunize the president from a congressional subpoena.

6. Through an analysis of pear interaction among adolescents, I believe that smoking receives its clearest explication. In particular, studies show that social class conditions interactive behavior.

7. Attempting to create a more effective communication with employees who have limited reading skills, managers decided to write in a simple style.

8. Since scientists have not considered human's ability to solve problems scientifically reliable, people who solve problems are undervalued.
